Your next colleague is already onboarded

Some work calls for a colleague, not another chat. Pim knows every project your organization has done, delivers in your own template and suggests work that would otherwise slip through the cracks.

A forwarded email is enough

Most AI waits for the perfect prompt. Pim treats a message as an assignment: he works out what’s needed, asks a question back when something is unclear and returns with the finished piece. If he gets stuck, he tells you, along with what he did find.

Pim, we need a proposal by Friday. Can you put together a first draft?

From[email protected]12 min later

The draft is attached, in your proposal template, built on two won projects of similar size. One thing I want to confirm for the final version: do we use the phasing from Tuesday’s meeting, or the one in the request?

He works where the work already happens

Pim follows along in your email and channels. He answers questions with the source attached, picks up the work that comes with them and delivers it where it was requested.

[email protected]

Email him, cc him or forward him a request. The answer arrives in the same thread.

In your channels

In the project channel he joins as a team member. Everyone sees the question and the answer, so nobody has to ask the same question twice.

What’s on Pim’s plate

Five examples of work that still eats up someone’s morning. Some Pim gets as an assignment, others he picks up himself. He figures out what’s needed and asks when something is unclear. In a channel, the whole team works with him.

01

He takes the initiative

Pim knows your clients, projects and agreements, so he sees what’s coming. A contract expiring soon, a new request that resembles last year’s engagement, a decision with no follow-up: he suggests picking it up. Say yes, and he gets to work.

The maintenance contract with Veenstra expires in four weeks. Last year the renewal only started after the end date. Shall I draft the renewal proposal now?

02

He spots routine work

When the same work keeps coming back, he suggests turning it into a fixed routine. Once you approve, it runs at a set time or on a trigger, without anyone having to ask.

03

He’s been on every project

Pim works from the Company Brain. He reads from it and writes to it. Decisions from a channel, the answer a colleague gives him, the piece he delivers: it all lands in the project record, and the next question builds on it.

04

He remembers what’s still true

Pim keeps the facts about your organization up to date himself. When something changes, he updates it, and he adds what he learns along the way. What’s over, he forgets: if someone is out tomorrow, he no longer knows it the day after.

He knows how you work

Writing style, level of detail, the sectors you work in: he remembers it, so you don’t have to explain it every time.
