Built by people who’ve dug through old folders at 11 p.m. themselves
We build your organization’s brain from all of your tools and systems. Pim keeps it up to date, and it gets smarter with every project.
Our story
At the large organizations where we worked, in technology consulting, strategy consulting, financial services and the AI industry, we kept seeing the same thing. The knowledge was there, scattered across folders, inboxes, chats and the heads of colleagues. Nobody had an overview of the whole. If you wanted to know how an earlier project was handled, you started emailing around and waited for someone who still remembered.
AI didn’t make that better. We’ve been writing documents together for years, in the same file, with a colleague reading along. With AI, everyone was back on their own, in a private chat the rest of the team never saw.
A few colleagues were far ahead. They built skills and set up workflows that got their work done in half the time, but the rest of the team got nothing out of it. Many people didn’t know the company policies, and neither did the AI they worked with all day.
Meanwhile, AI is making generic knowledge almost free. Everyone buys the same model for the same price. What still sets a company apart is what it has done and learned itself, and how that knowledge builds up with every project.
That’s why we’re building Idmen. Working together in a document has become normal, and we want working together in AI to become normal too. We bring scattered knowledge together in one brain: the projects, the policies and that one colleague’s skills. Your AI and your colleagues draw on the same context. Pim works with it in your own channels: he adds what he learns and removes what no longer holds. So the brain gets smarter with every project, and nobody has to ask around anymore.

We start with how you do things
How a proposal comes together at your organization lives in your employees’ heads: which sources count, in what order, what gets checked before anything goes out. At the organization next door it works differently, and none of it is written down.
There’s no one-size-fits-all solution. Together we work out how to structure your organization’s knowledge and workflows. Then we maintain it, because a workflow nobody maintains falls out of step with how people actually work within six months. The same goes for what agents can do: we track how they develop and build that into your workflow, so you don’t have to chase it yourself.
