A brain for your company, built for your AI
Idmen connects your systems, information and tools to one company brain. Your AI draws its knowledge from it and gets smarter with every project you add.

The model isn’t the difference
What AI produces without your company knowledge isn’t bad. It just doesn’t give you an edge anymore. Everyone buys the same model for the same price.
The difference lies in what you do and how you do it. With every project and every decision, the brain gets smarter, and so does the work your AI delivers. A competitor can’t buy that. Yet the AI you work with doesn’t always reach the right information.

Companies working with Idmen

You know more than you can find
Your knowledge is scattered across systems, files, inboxes and chat channels, and it never comes together. So every team sees its own piece, and nobody sees what the company knows and can do as a whole.

Growth makes it harder, not easier
Every new client, team and sector makes the company more capable. They also make the archive bigger and the overview smaller. Scale should be an advantage. Right now it mostly means nobody can reach all of it.
Everyone uses AI, on their own
One employee found a way to automate a process. That approach lives in their personal chat history. Their colleague starts from zero again tomorrow.
Knowledge walks out the door with people
The folders hold what was delivered. What people learned along the way stays with the people who were there. When someone leaves after five years, that goes with them, and the company only notices when someone runs into the same problem.
Nobody reads them side by side
Three meeting notes from three projects point to the same shift in the market. Two rejected quotes stumbled on the same issue. Read separately, each one makes sense. Together they tell you something nobody wrote down. Search won’t find it, because it isn’t in any single document.
The best answer never becomes the starting point
The piece that worked last time is somewhere. Someone writes the next one from scratch, because nobody reuses answers systematically.
Your search engine is a colleague
Asking the person who did it is faster than finding it yourself. That’s not bad search behavior. It’s what an organization does when it has no memory.
From archive to finished work
You don’t have to clean anything up first. We start with your systems as they are today.

A memory is worth nothing if nobody looks it up
That’s why there are two ways to work with it. Keep working the way you do with the AI you already use, or have Pim deliver a finished piece.
- Explore the Company Brain
Company Brain
01One brain built from all of your tools and systems, getting smarter with every project. It learns how you work, which rules apply and who works on what. Colleagues and agents draw on the same context, in whichever AI you use.

- Meet Pim
Pim
02Pim is the colleague who works with that brain, in your own channels. He answers questions and also delivers work, like the outline of a document or sending out the meeting notes. When he spots work in the brain that nobody has picked up, he offers to take it on. What he learns goes into the brain, and what no longer holds he takes out. That way the whole team works from the same, up-to-date knowledge.

Connects to the tools you already use
Documents, email, chats, customer data and meetings: Idmen extracts the knowledge wherever it lives today. Don’t see your tool? We’ll build the integration.

What the brain knows, and who gets to know it
Your files stay yours
We read your SharePoint or Drive with read-only access that you limit to the locations you choose. Nothing moves, and the memory that grows out of it is exportable: if you leave, you take it with you.
Permissions are enforced at retrieval, not just in the answer
If you’re not on a project, you don’t get output from it. We enforce permissions at two levels: which documents someone may see, and what could be inferred from connections between them.
We don’t train anything on your data
Not our systems, and not those of the model providers we work with. What belongs inside your environment stays there.
Security
Idmen brings your company information together and makes it available as context in the AI you already use. For us, security isn’t a layer on top of the product. It sits at the center of how we work.
Proudly Dutch
Idmen is a Dutch company based in Amsterdam. Your data lives and stays in Europe, on European infrastructure.
GDPR compliant
We only read what you point us to, with read-only access you limit yourself. We don’t train anything on your data.
EU AI Act ready
The AI Act requires security and transparency. That’s why Idmen cryptographically isolates your data from other organizations.
FAQ
Frequently asked questions
No, and please don’t wait for that. We start with your systems as they are today. We take out duplicate versions, drafts and outdated pieces. That’s our job, not yours.
Yes. The brain connects to Claude and ChatGPT through MCP, so you keep working in the tool that’s already open. No new app, no migration. Pim also delivers finished work via email and Teams.
Your files stay where they are. The brain runs in the EU. We set permissions per client and per engagement: what someone can’t see, they won’t see through the AI either. Every question and every answer is in the audit log.
You do. You can export the source documents, structure, pages and audit log at any time. If you stop, you take the memory with you.
Not much. We agree on the goals and the sources together, and IT gives us access. Then we connect and test, and roll out team by team. For the first 90 days, a dedicated engineer works alongside you.
We start with a six-week pilot for a fixed fee of €5,000. If you move forward, you pay per seat per month, and the pilot fee comes off the annual contract. Searching the brain is unlimited.
